What is this horrible pain on my the left side of my ribcage?

February 12th, 2012

This pain started like an hour ago and keeps getting more intense, and i feel like its starting to spread to the rest of my ribcage and back, I seriously don’t know what to do I’m in so much pain. I’ve felt this type of pain before, but it wasn’t this intense. Please help me, I don’t have much access to anything since I’m not at home.
I don’t think I’m gonna die and I don’t really feel the need to call emergency, but it is pretty bad.
And the pain just spread to my entire back.

Talking to Your Doctor About Chronic Pain

February 10th, 2012

When you can’t see the pain, can’t point to a bruise or cut, it can make you feel secluded and alone. Because you might not be able to pinpoint a particular area for the pain, it might be difficult to talk to your friends or family about it. Your Arizona pain doctor knows though that you are not alone because close to 20 million Americans – that’s almost 50% of all who suffer pain – deal with chronic pain issues on an almost daily basis. The first step in getting help is to talk to your doctor about the symptoms you’re suffering.

Some barriers to receiving proper treatment include:

being nervous to talk to their doctor  being reluctant to beginning a pain medication regiment lack of knowledge about the real issue of chronic pain and its symptoms.

Remeber, you’re not alone. Many physicians still don’t recognize the symptoms and are ill-equipped to offer help and relief. The reasons for this are varied but include:

a fear of a patient become addicted to pain medications not knowing how to properly address pain levels inadequate knowledge and training in the areas of chronic pain.

Knock Off Handbags – More than 10000 replicas

Burt Mitchell asked:

Before you clean your bag, you should always take a look at the instructions and care directions that usually come with designer handbags. Additionally you should always use any product that came with the bag itself. You could also consider having your bag professionally cleaned. There are lots of shops that may do this for a fee.

Louis Vuitton purses come in all shapes and sizes, and they’re made from different materials. If you need your handbag to remain your style statement for future years, follow these straightforward cleaning tips:1. For a bag made of any material, make sure that you empty the purse of its contents and shake out all the mud before you start cleaning.2. For Louis Vuitton purses made of fabric, blot it clean ( don’t rub ) with a particularly gentle detergent ( we endorse Woolite ) and warm water. Ensure that you use a WHITE cloth so that you do not change the color of the fabric.3. Use leather cleaner ONLY on a leather purse.4. Employ a suede cleaner ONLY on a suede Louis Vuitton handbags.5. For a vinyl or plastic purse, wipe clean with a cloth.6. For a silk purse, dry clean only.

Wipe the bag’s surface with a damp paper towel. Depending on what the bag is soiled with, it may come off with water and a bit of rubbing. If this doesn’t work, try mixing some gentle detergent with the water and wiping the bag with the mixture. Be certain not to use too much detergent as this can make the bag sticky.

The Coach Company sells cleaners specifically for each kind of its purses. These cleaners cost $10 when acquired right from the Coach store. In reference to the amount you spend on a purse, a $10 cleaner to keep your handbag looking great seems like a real deal to me. Replacing your bag due to a botched do-it-yourself experiment will cost much more. On the official Coach website it gives you instructions on how to wash the different types of bags.
